In 2001, after graduating from VITU, St. Petersburg received a diploma of education in the specialty “Engineer in the construction and operation of industrial, residential and special buildings and structures.”
He was assigned for military service to the city of Moscow, with the rank of lieutenant.
In 2003 he entered the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of State and Municipal Administration.
In 2005, he was dismissed from the ranks of the Russian Armed Forces with the rank of captain.
In 2006 he graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
In 2008, he was enrolled in graduate school at VZFEI, Department of Economics.
In 2011, he successfully defended his dissertation on the topic “Mechanism for managing the potential of industrial enterprises” and received the title of Candidate of Economic Sciences.
Throughout his career, he held senior positions in the largest commercial structures of the Russian Federation.
Has state awards and commendations.
Published a large number of articles on economic and legal topics in Russian and international periodicals and scientific publications.
